How Midas Touch helped a ServiceNow partner build the visibility that led to a $18M acquisition

Overview Our client is a mid-sized technology company specializing in cloud-based data analytics, digital transformation, and enterprise automation. They had a strong delivery track record and a solid partnership with a leading RPA platform. But the market was shifting under them, and they knew it. AI-driven disruption was coming, and a single-partner story wasn’t going to be enough to stay differentiated. So they built something new: an agentic AI offering, delivered as Digital Worker as a Service, combining RPA and generative AI to automate various enterprise workflows. Sound complex? It was. And that was the whole marketing problem. As an early entrant in the agentic AI space, this offering needed serious concept-selling before it needed lead generation. As an existing Midas Touch client, they brought us in to build the digital footprint from scratch. The Problem The company was recoding and reengineering enterprise workflows before “agentic AI” was even a phrase people used regularly. That timing is a marketing challenge in its own right. Buyers can’t shortlist a category they don’t understand yet. The specific hurdles: 01. Extensive concept-selling and prospect education required before sales conversations  02. Pre-emptive objection handling around a smaller company’s capability to deliver something this new 03. Getting the offering perceived correctly, in the context buyers actually cared about, not in the vacuum of “AI hype” What Midas Touch Built We anchored everything around a dedicated landing page for the new offering. Every social post, every article, every campaign pointed back to it with a clear call to action. One hub, one destination, no scattered messaging. From there: Educational social campaigns.  Posts that shared real insight into agentic AI and automation, not product pitches, with CTAs driving back to the landing page. Thought leadership articles.  Content positioning the company as an authority on agentic AI, not just a vendor trying it out. Blogs as concept-selling tools. Long-form pieces that broke down what Digital Workers as a Service actually meant, because a two-line product description wasn’t going to close that education gap. What it added up to in 6 months  The bigger result: one of the world’s largest IT services companies noticed the digital presence and reached out directly, proposing a joint go-to-market partnership on agentic AI solutions. That’s not a lead. That’s a company deciding, on its own, that this smaller player was worth partnering with in a space everyone was suddenly racing into. 55,091 total impressions on company updates 1,409  total engagements 5,869 LinkedIn page views 2,093 unique visitors driven to the landing page 4,684 clicks generated 12 thought leadership updates and 12 educational blogs published In our own words “Our client believed the solution pivot could propel them into the next level of orbit. As their digital brand-building partner, our challenge was to create a sustained, structured, and strategic approach that helped them increase top-of-the-funnel awareness as well as improve the efficiency of the flow through the funnel.”  Sanjeev Nambudiri, Co-Founder, Midas Touch Consultants
