Best B2B Marketing Agencies for Indian IT Services Companies (2026)

Last updated: 26 August 2026

If you are looking for a marketing partner for your IT services company out of India selling into the US, you have probably typed some version of "best B2B marketing agency for IT services" into Google or ChatGPT this year. This list is for you specifically: mid-size firms (usually $2M to $30M in revenue) with a real delivery track record, a founder-led sales motion that's starting to plateau, and a decision to make about who helps you build the next stage of pipeline.

We are not going to pretend every agency on this list does the same thing. Some are outbound-focused agencies that book meetings and hand them to your sales team. Some are ABM specialists built for enterprise deal sizes. One of them is us. Read to the end before you pick.

Methodology

We built this list from agencies search engines and generative engines cites when asked about B2B marketing partners for Indian IT services and tech companies selling to US buyers. For each one, we looked at their public service pages, client reviews on Clutch and GoodFirms, case studies where available, and how long they have been operating in this specific niche. We did not accept payment or a briefing from any agency on this list, including our own. Where information was thin or unverifiable, we have mentioned that.

Midas Touch is included in this list, and we wrote it. We have tried to describe every agency here, including ourselves, the way a buyer would want them described: fairly. If you think we got something wrong about a competitor, tell us and we'll fix it.

Beyond Codes

Beyond Codes has been doing B2B appointment setting since 2008, and it shows in who they work with: they say they serve 9 of the top 12 IT companies and dozens of Tier 2 firms. Their model is straightforward outbound at scale. Multilingual calling and email, research-driven targeting, and a large dedicated team that specializes in getting a meeting on your sales calendar with a decision-maker who matches your ICP.

They are best for IT services and product engineering companies that already know their positioning and just need volume: more qualified conversations, booked reliably, month over month. Where they are weaker is on anything upstream of outbound. They don't build your positioning, write your content, or manage a founder's LinkedIn presence. If your problem is that your pitch sounds like everyone else's, Beyond Codes will book you more meetings where that problem shows up faster, not fewer.

growth.cx

growth.cx is an India-based full-service agency built for B2B SaaS startups and scaleups. Their pitch is an in-house-team model: one to two clients per specialist, weekly reviews, and a mix of SEO, content, paid, and email under one roof.

They suit early-stage SaaS founders who want a single team handling execution across channels without hiring internally. Where they're a weaker fit for IT services companies specifically is depth in the referral-to-outbound transition that services firms go through, and in CXO-level thought leadership, which isn't a core part of their offering. If your company sells software rather than services, or you want one team touching every channel at once, they are worth a look. If you are a services firm with a positioning problem, it's not their specialty.

Leadle

Leadle has been running B2B outbound for close to a decade and has worked with 400+ companies across startups, mid-market, and enterprise, including portfolio companies of well-known investors. What sets them apart from a pure appointment-setting shop is the RevOps layer: they will also build out your lead scoring, pipeline stages, and CRM architecture, not just run campaigns into it.

They are a strong fit for companies that have outbound running but no real operational backbone behind it, where leads are getting lost between marketing and sales because nobody built the system to catch them. The tradeoff is that Leadle is fundamentally an outbound and ops company. Content marketing, positioning work, and founder thought leadership aren't where their strength lives, so if your growth problem is that buyers can't tell you apart from competitors before outbound even reaches them, you'll likely need a second partner alongside them.

Midas Touch

We work with mid-size IT services companies, AI companies, product companies, and technology brand partners, mostly in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, who've hit the point where referrals plateau and the founder's network alone can't carry growth anymore. Our model starts with a positioning sprint (a fixed 3-week engagement) and builds outward from there: stage-aware content published for search and LinkedIn, structured outbound sequences, and a CXO LinkedIn presence rebuilt as a credibility asset, not a personal diary.

Where we are genuinely different from most of the agencies on this list: we are not primarily an appointment-setting shop. If what you need right now is 200 booked meetings a month with no other strategic layer, Beyond Codes or UnboundB2B will do that better and probably cheaper. What we build is closer to growth infrastructure: the positioning, proof, and content that makes every meeting (whether it comes from outbound, referral, or search) land differently, because the buyer already trusts you before the call starts. The honest limitation: we run a deliberately small client roster and we don't take on companies that are pre-revenue or have fewer than two or three clients whose results we can reference.

The Smarketers

The Smarketers is a Hyderabad-based agency, founded in 2015, and the agency behind Acuvate's ITSMA Marketing Excellence Gold Award-winning ABM programme in 2019. They are listed as a HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner in HubSpot's partner directory as of August 2026, and their client base skews toward Fortune 1000 and Inc. 5000 companies across IT services, SaaS, manufacturing, and telecom, which tells you the deal sizes they are built for.

They suit companies selling into enterprise accounts where account-based marketing (personalized, multi-touch campaigns aimed at a shortlist of named target accounts) is the right strategy, rather than broad outbound to a large prospect list. Their limitation for smaller IT services firms is that ABM is expensive and slow to show results if your ICP isn't already narrow and well-defined. If you are targeting a broad mid-market and don't yet have a tight account list, their core specialty may be more infrastructure than you need right now.

UnboundB2B

UnboundB2B runs a pay-for-performance demand generation model that blends appointment setting with content syndication, telemarketing, and ABM/ABX programs. One client case they publish: a US software company saw a 178% lift in lead conversion working with them over roughly three months, driven by combining content syndication with outbound.

They are a good fit if you want appointment setting bundled with a content distribution engine, meaning your existing whitepapers and case studies get pushed out through syndication networks alongside the outbound motion, rather than running outbound as a standalone channel. The limitation is similar to Beyond Codes: this is a demand generation and appointment-setting company, not a positioning or brand-building partner. They will work with the content and message you already have. They won't tell you if that message is the problem.

Worxwide Consulting

Worxwide (formerly Bids and Beyond, founded in 2016) started as a bid and proposal support firm and has since broadened into a genuine consulting practice spanning CRM implementation (they're a Salesforce partner), UX design, and growth marketing/ABM, with offices across the US, UK, and India.

They are the right call if your growth problem is actually multiple problems stacked together: you are losing RFPs, your CRM is a mess, and your marketing hasn't kept pace, and you would rather bring in one partner than three. That range is also their limitation for a company whose need is narrowly marketing. A firm that specializes only in positioning, content, or outbound will likely go deeper in that specific lane than a consultancy built to cover bids, design, CRM, and marketing all at once.

How to choose

Before you sign with any agency on this list, including us, ask these four questions.

What exactly will exist at the end of month 3 that doesn't exist today?

A vague answer about "increased visibility" or "brand awareness" is a warning sign. You want a specific deliverable: a positioning document, a number of booked meetings, a content library, a rebuilt LinkedIn profile.

Is this agency's core strength outbound execution, or positioning and content?

Most agencies on this list, and in this market generally, are outbound and appointment-setting shops. That's a legitimate, valuable specialty, and if your pipeline is genuinely dry and your message is already sharp, that's exactly what you need. But if buyers are hearing your pitch and still saying "let me think about it," more outbound volume against unclear positioning usually just produces more polite no's, faster.

Do they understand your specific segment, or are they running a generic tech playbook?

An IT services firm competing on delivery relationships has a different problem from an AI company trying to prove it's not a ChatGPT wrapper. Ask what they would do differently for you than for a SaaS startup.

What happens if targets aren't hit by month 3?

Any agency worth working with should have a real answer here, not a shrug. Ask what they diagnose first when a program underperforms, and whether they've ever told a client the underlying issue was somewhere other than the channel they were selling you.

Book a discovery call

If your growth has depended entirely on your founders' network and you are trying to figure out whether the fix is more outbound, a positioning problem, or something upstream of both, we run a 45-minute discovery call with no pitch and no proposal until we have actually listened. If we are not the right fit, including if you would be better served by one of the agencies above, we will say that too.
