If you are a founder or CXO at a technology company and you have decided your LinkedIn presence needs real work, you have probably run into the same wall we did researching this piece: most agencies in this space call themselves "personal branding" or "executive branding," and almost none of them explain what they actually mean by it. Some will write and post on your behalf, twice a week, in your voice. Others will build a positioning strategy first and treat LinkedIn as one channel among several. Those are not the same service, and the difference matters more than most comparisons admit.
This list covers agencies that show up when Indian tech leaders search for help with executive visibility, from pure LinkedIn ghostwriting shops to broader positioning practices. We are one of them.
Methodology
We reviewed each agency's own service pages, public case studies, client testimonials, and (where available) pricing, focused specifically on their work with Indian founders and CXOs in technology and adjacent sectors. We looked at what each one actually delivers (ghostwritten posts, media placements, strategic positioning, or some mix) rather than the language on their homepage, since most homepages in this category use similar words for different things. We did not accept a briefing or payment from anyone on this list, ours included.

Midas Touch is on this list, and we wrote it.
LinkedIn ghostwriting vs. executive positioning: a distinction worth making
Most of the agencies below do some version of LinkedIn ghostwriting: they interview you once a month, write posts in your voice, and publish on a schedule. That's a legitimate service. Executives are busy, writing well takes practice most people haven't had time to build, and a ghostwriter who genuinely captures your voice is worth paying for.
But ghostwriting and positioning solve different problems. A ghostwriter makes sure you sound good saying something. A positioning strategist figures out what you should be saying, and to whom, so that a buyer reading your posts has formed a certain impression about you. Skip the second step and you get a founder who posts consistently, sounds articulate, and still isn't generating the inbound or trust their content should be earning, because nobody worked out which five fears their buyer actually has, or which proof points actually move a deal forward. Know which one you need before you hire.

Boldface
Boldface is a small, high-touch personal branding agency working with founders, CEOs, and executives across India, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Every engagement runs through Koushik Agarwalla, described on their site as its Curator & Execution Lead, from voice development and ghostwriting to PR pitching and profile strategy, which is unusual in a market where most agencies hand you off to a junior writer after the sales call. They publish real outcome-oriented testimonials, including a fintech CEO who says an investor reached out after following his content for weeks.
They are a strong fit if you want a small, high-touch team where one person is accountable for your entire presence, and you value PR placements alongside LinkedIn content. The tradeoff of a founder-run model is capacity: because Boldface runs every client relationship through one person, they can only take on so many accounts at a time, so availability and turnaround should be a question you ask directly before signing.
BharatCXO
BharatCXO isn't primarily a ghostwriting agency. It's a media and networking platform built around the Indian CXO ecosystem, publishing a magazine (CXO Samvaad), running leadership interviews, video features, and executive events, alongside services for amplifying a CXO's personal brand through PR and content. Based in Mumbai, it positions itself as community infrastructure for CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, CHROs, CTOs, and founders, not just a content vendor.
They suit CXOs who want visibility through media features, interviews, and a recognized community presence, rather than a steady drip of LinkedIn posts. That's a genuinely different kind of credibility: being interviewed and featured reads differently to a buyer than seeing another sponsored-feeling post in their feed. The limitation is that BharatCXO isn't built to run your day-to-day LinkedIn content operation. If your core need is consistent weekly posting in your own voice, this isn't that.
CXO Drive
CXO Drive is built around a narrower, more templated offering: LinkedIn joining announcements and thought leadership articles for senior leaders, backed by what they describe as a 100,000+ executive network and 4 million+ impressions across their published work. It reads less like a bespoke branding practice and more like a fast, standardized service for a specific moment (a new role, a new title) that a leader wants marked publicly and well.
They are a reasonable fit if what you need is narrow and occasional: a well-written joining announcement or a handful of thought leadership pieces timed to a career move, distributed through an existing executive network for reach. Where they are a weaker fit is anything requiring depth: a sustained content strategy tied to your buyer's specific fears, or positioning work that changes how your company is perceived over 6 to 9 months. That's simply outside what a templated, event-triggered service is built to do.
Scribblers India
Scribblers India started as a broader content agency, and it shows in how they talk about ghostwriting: not as a standalone LinkedIn service, but as one piece of a founder's overall content footprint across LinkedIn, owned newsletters, and long-form publications, with a stated focus on getting founders cited in AI search results (AEO/GEO), not just ranked in Google. Every piece reportedly passes through a writer, senior editor, and AEO review before publishing.
They suit founders who think about their content as an asset that needs to show up across multiple surfaces (search, AI answers, LinkedIn) rather than a single feed to post into. Their limitation is the flip side of that breadth: a content agency built to serve multiple use cases (agencies wanting white-label work, founders wanting ghostwriting, in-house teams wanting editorial systems) isn't the same as a firm built specifically around executive positioning and the buyer psychology that makes a CXO's content convert into sales conversations.
The Influence Forge
The Influence Forge operates as a boutique agency in the LinkedIn ghostwriting and founder branding space, working with a smaller roster of founders and executives on a more personal, hands-on basis than the larger content shops on this list. Public information on their specific methodology, team size, and client results is limited compared to the other agencies here.
They are likely a fit for a founder who wants a smaller, more personal working relationship and is comfortable making that call based on a direct conversation rather than a large public portfolio. If you need to see extensive published case studies and metrics before you commit, plan to ask for those directly, because they're not easy to find otherwise.
The Wise Idiot
The Wise Idiot is a Mumbai-based content marketing agency, co-founded by Deep Shah and Divyank Jain, with LinkedIn ghostwriting as one service alongside SEO, website content, presentation design, and broader content marketing. They have built a specific reputation in BFSI, fintech, and SaaS, sectors where technical, compliance-aware content matters, and their own site states that content marketing retainers start at ₹80,000 + tax per month.
They are a good fit for a fintech or SaaS leader who wants LinkedIn ghostwriting bundled with the rest of their content operation (website copy, blog content, sales decks) under one team, rather than managing separate vendors for each. The limitation: because LinkedIn ghostwriting is one service inside a wider content marketing offering rather than their singular focus, it may not get the same depth of buyer-fear mapping and positioning strategy that a firm built specifically around executive thought leadership would bring.
Midas Touch
We work with founders and CXOs at mid-size IT services, AI, and technology product companies who've realized that consistent LinkedIn posting alone isn't changing the quality of their sales conversations. Our CXO thought leadership program starts with the same buyer fear map and positioning work we build for the rest of a client's growth program: what does this specific buyer worry about before they will trust a vendor, and what does the executive's content need to say, consistently, to get ahead of that. Then we ghostwrite from monthly interviews or async voice notes, same as most agencies on this list. The difference is upstream of the writing, not in the writing itself.
Where we are genuinely different: most agencies here will make you sound articulate and consistent. We are built to make your content change how a specific buyer feels about you by the time they get on a call. Where we are a weaker fit: if what you want is a fast joining announcement, a large media feature, or a boutique ghostwriter relationship with minimal strategic overhead, several agencies above will serve that need faster and more simply than we will. Our program assumes you are building toward a business outcome over months, not a single moment, and that's a real commitment on your side, not just ours.
How to choose
Before signing with any agency on this list, including us, ask these questions.
Are you buying ghostwriting, positioning, or both?
Say the word out loud in the sales call. If an agency can't clearly tell you which one they're selling, that's worth noting, because it usually means they haven't drawn the distinction internally either.
Who actually writes the content, and does that person talk to you directly?
Some agencies run every client through a founder or senior strategist. Others hand you to a junior writer after the pitch. Neither is automatically wrong, but you should know which one you're getting before you commit six months of interviews to it.
What happens to your content if buyer skepticism, not consistency, is the actual problem?
A founder who posts weekly but never addresses what their buyer actually doubts about them will plateau at "well-known" without ever reaching "trusted." Ask how the agency would diagnose that difference, and what they'd change if your engagement rate is fine but pipeline isn't moving.
Can you see real, verifiable outcomes, not just impressions and follower counts?
Follower growth is the easiest metric to publish and the least connected to revenue. Ask for an example where a specific piece of content led to a specific business conversation, and how the agency knows the connection was real.
Book a discovery call
If you're trying to work out whether your LinkedIn problem is a writing problem or a positioning problem, that's exactly the kind of question we like discovery calls for. We'll ask about your buyers, your current content, and where the gap actually is. If the honest answer is that you need a ghostwriter and not the fuller program we run, we'll tell you that too.
